Rules

There are a few rules that you must follow if you want to join this rotation.

1. Your site can not have hentai or porn on it and it can not have any racist comments on it.
2. If you submit a site it must be owned by you, do not submit someone else's site.
3. All types of sites are accepted.(graphic,anime,listing,blog etc.)
4. You must have a 88X31 button that is directly linkable. If you don't want to use your bandwidth than open an account at:

5. Please place the code on your site BEFORE applying.The code must be on your splash page or on your main page.
6. Please keep your URL up to date,meaning if you change URL or button please fill out the edit form and send it to me so your URL or button can be changed.

That's about it.If you feel you can follow all of these rules you may apply to be in the rotation.
